French Bread Masterclass

In this 4 hour class you will learn how to make a range of traditional french bread, from a Fougasse and Ficelle made with an olive oil based dough, to a Fendu and Tordu made with a wholemeal dough. Learn this traditional approach to bread making from our expert Brett St Clair.

You will be welcomed with coffee and pastries before the course starts and enjoy a light lunch including cheese, bread and wine served at the end of the class. Each participant will be sent home with all their baking creations!
