Five Valleys Security and Customer Service Ambassador

An integral role, reporting to the centre manager- you will ensure that day to day security operations are carried out whilst maintaining a safe and secure environment for all visitors, staff and tenants on site. responding promptly and dealing with health and safety matters, emergency procedures, first aid and incident management is also a key part of the role.

Creating a report with tenants and liaising with them on daily business and reporting matters arising to the Centre Management team.

The role will require you to monitor the centres CCTV and fire alarm system and operating a radio system.  

Customer Service is a huge part of this role so experience  from a varied background are welcome.
