Customer Notice Covid-19

We want to update you on the steps we are taking here at Five Valleys to help minimise the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), and to assure you that we are following all the official guidance from Public Health England.
Our public toilets are located on the ground floor next to the lifts and several of our stores, cafes and restaurants also have toilets and handwashing facilities which are available for customers.
We are speaking to our team and keeping them updated on the very latest advice and emphasising the need for frequent and proper handwashing. High contact points are being cleaned more frequently and we are asking our stores to have an open-door policy as well as providing sanitiser where possible and handwash in our toilets. Please do ask our centre staff if you need directing to our facilities.
Following the recent government advice on going to cinemas, theatres, pubs and restaurants the Vue Cinema has closed for the next four weeks.
We will of course continue to follow the official guidance and review our policies accordingly and look forward to welcoming you to Five Valleys soon.
We would
just like to update you as some of our stores which operating on reduced hours
and limited services. This will be updated daily and only includes the stores
whose opening hours or services have changed.
Closed:
🌿Curio Lounge is now closed for 12 weeks.
🌿Vue Cinema has now closed for the foreseeable future
🌿Anytime Fitness closed until further notice - membership fees have been frozen
🌿Stroud Bowl closed
🌿Hollywood nails closed
Changes:
🌿o2 now open Mon-Sat 11am-5pm. Closed on Sundays.
🌿F.Hinds have postponed all piercing appointments.
🌿Dominos are now offering a free, contactless home delivery service
🌿Santander have reduced their opening hours and will now open 10am-4pm Monday-Friday
🌿Fat Toni's will now close Mondays & Tuesdays.
🌿JoJo Maman Bebe will close on Tuesday for the foreseeable future
All other stores are operating business as usual for the time being. Please keep an eye out on our Facebook page for any further announcements. This post will be pinned to the top of our page and updated accordingly.
