Fresh fruit and veg is back on the menu at Five Valleys Market

22 July 2021

Fruit and vegetables are back on the menu at the Five Valleys Market, as a new trader has joined the lineup.

‘Fresh’ bring a selection of high quality, seasonal fruit and vegetables, exotic fruits, green vegetables, salad items, roots and potatoes for shoppers, completing the grocery line up at the indoor market.

Shoppers can now once again shop for their staple weekly groceries at the Five Valleys Market as Fresh joins the lineup of other local, artisan traders supplying fresh bread, meat, fish, dried foods and delicatessen items.

Fresh, headed up by Thomas Whiting and Rebecca Egbers, started life as a fruit and vegetable stall in Salisbury over 10 years ago and has since developed into a busy, successful family business.

Thomas said: “We are really excited to be launching Fresh at the Five Valleys Market, it is the perfect location to bring our offering to and we are really looking forward to meeting our new Stroud customers”.

Jessica Derham from the Five Valley’s Market team said: “We are thrilled to have a fruit and veg trader back on board at Five Valleys, it is an essential part of what we offer at the market, and we know our customers will be delighted with the news!
