31 March 2021

A brand new trader is set to open at the Five Valleys indoor Market this week, bringing a new hot food to go option to the line-up.

House of Piri will officially open on Friday 2nd April bringing an exciting menu of Piri Piri flavoured dishes for meat eaters, vegans and vegetarians.

The menu will include mouth-watering dishes including Spicy patatas bravas, Piri-tots, 24-hour marinated chicken wings, flavoursome wraps and much more.

House of Piri is brought to the Five Valleys Market by local father and son-in-law team Wayne Miller and Ian Calvert, who are looking forward to welcoming foodies to their new concept street food stall.

Wayne said: “We are excited to finally serve up the House of Piri menu from Friday this week and we are looking forward to welcoming friends old and new for some authentic Piri flavoured food!”.

Much-loved trader Falafel Mama is also set to reopen this week, reintroducing a fabulous offer of authentic Mediterranean food, especially their stroud- famous Falafels, to the Five Valleys Market. They will reopen on Thursday 1st April.

And if that wasn’t enough, Non Solo Pasta are also relaunching in their larger, newly refurbished unit within the Market, bringing a brand new dining in and shopping concept built on authentic Italian food and ingredients from small, independent suppliers.

Centre Manager of Five Valleys, Dionne Moore said: “This is a really exciting week for us, not only are we happy to see the launch of House of Piri but we are delighted to welcome back Falafel Mama and Non Solo Pasta who will all strengthen the exciting line up of global food here at Five Valleys!”
