Popular charity market selling vintage and pre loved goods returns to Five Valleys

The Five Valleys Charity Market is returning this month - bringing vintage finds, and amazing deals for shoppers to browse.
Following the success of last year’s markets, where sellers and bargain hunters came together to support charitable causes, the centre team are welcoming in the spring and announcing the 2025 dates for the Five Valleys Flea Market.
The first market of the year is on Sunday March 16th – running from 11am to 2pm at the top level of the multi-storey car park – the event runs car boot style with 38 pitches available for eager sellers.
Visitors will have the opportunity to browse a variety of stalls selling all kinds of goodies, from vintage ornaments and clothing to knick-knacks.
The market takes place monthly at Five Valleys throughout the year, always on a Sunday. Dates for the rest of the year are: April 13th, May 18th, June 22nd, July 20th, August 17th, September 14th and October 19th.
Free parking will be given for all confirm pitches (car registration will be required) and flea market bargain-hunters can park for just £1. Due to car parking restrictions, there is a maximum vehicle height of 2 metres. Sellers will need to bring their own table, and spaces cost £10, with 50% of this going towards our chosen charity, The Dransfield Foundation.
The Dransfield Foundation was set up in 2014 and is aimed at helping children and young people – making donations totally more than £200,000 to date. Stroud based donations include a £2,000 grant to Allsorts – a local charity helping disabled children and their families access everyday experiences that others take for granted.
Kelly Winkworth, Assistant Centre Manager at Five Valleys, said: “Last year’s markets were a great success. It was wonderful to see so many shoppers and stallholders come together to support good causes. It’s the perfect excuse to have a spring clear-out to rehome things that you no longer use or to shop for some great pre-loved items.”
