Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the crumbled feta cheese and minced garlic.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with a handful of fresh spinach leaves and a spoonful of the feta cheese mixture.
  5. Use toothpicks to secure the chicken breasts closed.
  6. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Season the stuffed chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  8. Sear the chicken breasts in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  9. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove the toothpicks from the chicken breasts before serving.
