Fat Toni’s New Restaurant Now Open

Fat Toni’s Pizzeria has opened a new restaurant next to Vue Cinema in Five Valleys Shopping Centre, Stroud.
The restaurant allows up to 108 diners to enjoy the delicious award-winning pizza in a plush, comfortable environment.
The new restaurant serves the famous Fat Toni’s sourdough pizzas, cooked fresh in-house, as well as a range of wines picked to complement their signature flavours.
Darren Orsi, co-owner of Fat Toni’s Pizzeria, said: “Our Pizzas are now available to enjoy on the premises fresh from the oven using the best ingredients and our signature dough and sauce recipes. We hope our customers enjoy eating these in the comfort of our new fabulous restaurant.”
Fat Toni’s cater for all including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options on the menu. They also cater for the indecisive giving diners the option to have two, three and even four different toppings – perfect for those sharing one of their large 20 inch pizzas.
First established in 2012 the company owns four outlets including a dine in option now at Five Valleys with the opening of this restaurant positioned next door to the takeaway outlet.
The company is run by two brothers, Darren and Jason Orsi, who have built the business up over the past three years at Five Valleys, becoming well known for their signature recipes using a sourdough base giving them the chewy characteristics customers love.
The opening of the new restaurant has also created ten new jobs in Stroud’s town centre.

Since joining Five Valleys in 2019 the family run business has gone from strength to strength and their expansion joins a flurry of other activity at the centre with further announcements of businesses opening coming soon.
