Pie Minister now open at Five Valleys Food Market

7 September 2020

Pie Minister have now opened their brand new premises at the Five Valleys indoor artisan market.

They are the latest trader to join the food market which is home to a wide range of local food outlets and is currently taking shape in the Five Valleys Shopping Centre.

Pie Minister was founded in Bristol by Jon Simon and Tristan Hogg in 2003, originally trading at festivals and market stalls before expanding into stand-alone restaurants and now the Five Valleys artisan market.

The Pie Minister stall will sell award-winning pies made from British beef, free range chicken and bacon as well as a range of vegetarian and vegan options too. All ingredients used by Pie Minister are ethical and responsibly sourced.

Pie Minister will be the latest addition to join other local traders Thai 2 Go, Tomari Gi, Broady’s Takeout, Callaghin’s Kitchen, Falafel Mama, The Warren, Marrows Fruit and Veg and Non Solo Pasta.

The Artisan Baker is also set to join in a brand new on-site bakery later this month along with Waghorn Butchers and Pershore Seafood.

The Five Valley’s Team hosted their first Night Food Market over the August Bank Holiday weekend and will be making an announcement soon about their next evening event.

Five Valley’s Assistant Market and Tenant Liaison, Louise Emery said: “We are so excited to welcome Pie Minister, another fabulous local food trader to the Five Valley’s artisan market!

Pie Minister perfectly complement the offer of food we have already introduced and we look forward to welcoming more artisan traders in the coming weeks”.
